Who this policy is for
Meebu Games ("Meebu", "we", "us", or "our") creates and publishes interactive entertainment. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you install, access, or communicate with one of our games, applications, websites, or support channels (together, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the affected Service.

Information depends on how you play
2.1 Information collected automatically
When you use a game or application, we or our service providers may receive technical and gameplay information such as:
- device model, operating system, app version, language, and time zone;
- IP address and approximate country or region;
- advertising identifiers, such as a Google Advertising ID or another platform identifier;
- gameplay events, progress, scores, session information, and feature interactions; and
- performance data, error logs, and crash diagnostics.
2.2 In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by the relevant platform store, such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, Amazon Appstore, or another authorised marketplace. Meebu does not receive or store your full card or bank details. We may receive a receipt, transaction identifier, product purchased, transaction status, and country or region so we can verify the purchase and provide support.
2.3 Support and direct contact
If you email us or submit an enquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, game or device details, and the history of your request. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed to resolve your issue.
2.4 Website information
When you visit our website, the hosting and network providers that deliver it may process ordinary request data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time for security, reliability, and diagnostics.
03 / Advertising & mediation
How ad-supported games work
Some Meebu games may display third-party advertising. Depending on the title and platform, advertising or mediation providers may include Unity Ads, AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, and Mintegral. These partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device details, ad interactions, and general location to deliver ads, measure performance, apply your consent choices, and prevent fraud.
Each provider acts under its own privacy policy. The providers used by a particular title may change as we improve or distribute that title. You can limit personalised advertising or reset/delete your advertising identifier through your device or platform settings where those controls are available.

Why we process data
We use information only where it helps us operate, secure, understand, or improve the Services. Common purposes include:
- running the game correctly on your device and delivering requested features;
- saving or synchronising progress where a title supports those functions;
- verifying purchases and restoring purchased content;
- answering support requests and communicating about service issues;

Our Services are not directed to young children
Unless a game says otherwise in its store listing or an age-specific notice, our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in a way that requires parental consent without first obtaining that consent.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to Meebu, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

Access, correction, deletion, and ads
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, receive a portable copy, or appeal a decision about your request.
To make a request, email support.meebugames@gmail.com with the subject “Data Privacy Request.” Tell us which game or Service you used and provide enough non-sensitive detail for us to locate the relevant information. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.
You can also manage ad personalisation and advertising identifiers from your device settings. Menu names differ by device and operating-system version; look for controls under Privacy, Ads, or Google services.
08 / Security & international transfers
Protection across a global service
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Meebu and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers and require providers to protect information consistently with applicable law.
